Earlier this week, the Harrisburg Patriot-News ran a story on Hersheypark’s online promotion of “Attraction 2012.” Check it out if you haven’t — it’s a good read. The article also referenced new updates to the Ride Institute of Technology website. The story mentions some new clues that are out there, with the promise of more to come weekly over the next month.

How about this — more than 3,000 miles away and 4 months ahead of an any formal announcement, Hersheypark’s Attraction 2012 has been named one of the most anticipated rides and attractions for 2012 by the Los Angeles Times.  Thanks to Amusement Park Mom for finding the article!

You can read the LA Times piece here. Hersheypark’s mystery ride comes in at #6 of 12, following attractions planned by industry giants Disney, Universal and Sea World Parks.
